More people face poverty stigma and mental health in the UK

More than 14 million people in the UK are currently living in poverty, with the number of those in deep poverty on the rise. This study explores how poverty stigma impacts mental health in the UK. Our goal was to understand the effects of poverty stigma and identify those most affected to find solutions. We looked into: - Which groups are more likely to face poverty stigma? - Are certain types of services linked to higher levels of poverty stigma? - Which forms of poverty stigma have the strongest connection to mental health outcomes?
